ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS


You must cancel the online transaction in writing sent to our Email at: Support@GameChangerFeet.Store. You
must include your purchase order number for a full refund no later than midnight on the third business day after
the transaction. Keep a copy of your cancellation form for your records. If you cancel after 3 days but prior to
shipping the item(s)….you will receive a partial refund less credit card % fee and manufacturer’s fee. If you
cancel after shipping but prior to receiving the item(s)..you will receive a partial refund stated above (less credit
card % fee and manufacturer’s fee) and less our shipping costs. You will need to mark the package Return to
Sender.


WARRANTY DISCLAIMER


Game Changer Feet warrants that each product manufactured will, at the time of delivery, be of workmanlike

quality and substantially free of defects. Game Changer Feet makes no other warranty, implied or expressed,

and makes no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, this warranty shall terminate

immediately upon an action to combine our products with other materials or in any manner change the nature

of our products. Game Changer Feet liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Game Changer Feet is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage.

RETURN POLICY


​This policy is intended as a guideline for Game Changer Feet customers when returning merchandise for 
credit or replacement. Upon receipt of new merchandise, the customer should inspect all products for

damage in transit, missing pieces, or errors in order processing. When a customer wishes to return a

product to Game Changer Feet Distributors, the following guidelines should be followed:

Contact Support@GameChangerFeet.Store for a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
The merchandise being returned should either be: (1) within warranty guidelines OR (2) in resalable condition
and no older than one year from date of the original invoice.
-If a facility needs to return a non-used Game Changer Feet product for credit that was originally purchased

    from a distributor, the customer should contact the distributor for a RMA.
-If you order directly from us and need to return any standard product, just follow these simple steps:
A. Be prepared to provide the following information: Account# or company name, Purchase order#, serial#,

    quantity to be returned, and Reason for return
B. Please call the distributor to get your RMA number. This must be done before the product is returned.
C. When packing the product, place the RMA number prominently on the outside and inside of the package

     containing the product being returned.
 
By following these steps you will guarantee that your return will be processed expeditiously and credited

accurately. We then will email you the RMA and a postage paid return packaging slip.
